Our Next Steps

The public consultation will run for 2 weeks, commencing on 5th November 2025 and closing on 19th December 2025. Following pre-application and stakeholder engagement, Persimmon will consider your comments, alongside those from the Council. These will help Persimmon to develop the scheme for planning submission.

Once the application is submitted, we will update this website with the application’s reference number and link to the application on the Council’s online public access portal. This will allow you to view the submission documents and comment on the application.
